Melbourne facing prolonged lockdown as cases surge

Australia has recorded its deadliest day from the coronavirus to date, with 14 deaths and 700 new infections, mostly in the state of Victoria. FRANCE 24 correspondent Richelle Harrison Plesse says the country previously had a daily infection rate in the low double-digits.
