A state of disaster has been declared in the Australian state of Victoria after a spike in coronavirus cases Melbourne residents will be subject to an overnight curfew for the next six weeks, and be banned from travelling more than 5 kilometres from their home. Sky News’ Ivor Bennett has the story.
