Macron calls for change in ‘broken’ Beirut

French President Emmanuel Macron has visited shell-shocked Beirut, pledging support and calling for change after a massive explosion devastated the Lebanese capital. “Lebanon is not alone,” he tweeted on arrival before pledging Paris would co-ordinate international relief efforts after the blast killed at least 137 people.
