CCTV footage captured the dramatic moment the impact of the #Beirut port blasts were felt in the 5-start Smallville Hotel, on Tuesday. Footage from the hotel recorded the moment the hotel lobby, restaurant and service areas were hit by the explosion, with several windows being shattered and people flying away due to the expansive wave. An injured person was seen being carried by several after the blast.
