Lenasia, a township near Johannesburg, has created its own response to the pandemic after thousands of local people fell ill. South Africa has nearly 600,000 coronavirus cases – making it the fifth highest total in the world. People there don’t trust the Government to tackle the crisis, so communities have taken matters into their own hands.
