A spokeswoman for Russian opposition leader Alexei Navalny says he’s in a coma in hospital after apparently being poisoned. Navalny was on a flight back to Moscow from the Siberian city of Tomsk when he started feeling unwell, prompting the plane to make an emergency landing. The lawyer and anti-corruption activist, who is well known for his outspoken criticism of Russian President Vladimir Putin, has served several stints in prison for organising anti-Kremlin protests.
