Crew of the USCGC ‘Kimball’ were taking a break from their patrol by having a dip with an inflatable unicorn (yes, an inflatable unicorn) in the South Pacific when a two-meter-long shark was spotted close by. A sharp-eyed guard opened fire on the sharp-toothed predator from the deck of the boat to drive the beast away from his comrades, allowing them to swim to safety.
