Dozens of protesters gathered in Los Angeles after a black man from the neighbourhood was shot and killed by sheriff’s deputies. The Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department said on Twitter that the incident happened when deputies attempted to stop a man riding his bike for a vehicle code violation.
