An Israeli commercial passenger plane has made history today by becoming the first to fly to the United Arab Emirates. The aircraft, with anti-missile technology and “peace” painted on its fuselage, landed in Abu Dhabi after taking off from Tel Aviv. The flight was made possible after the two countries agreed to a United States-brokered deal to normalise relations.
