At-risk youth learn to ride the waves of Bat Yam

Hundreds of thousands of kids in Israel are considered to be “at risk youth.” Without many resources or opportunities, these kids just want an equal shot. One organization is giving the ones who need it most, a chance to catch a wave and learn how to surf, even though they might not be able to afford it. ILTV correspondent Emmanuelle Kadosh went to Hang 10 in Bat Yam, and find out what the program is all about.
