Transport Secretary Grant Shapps refused to be drawn on whether he would support any role by Tony Abbott in UK trade talks. Australia’s former prime minister has been criticised for his views on women, climate change and homosexuality. Even so, Mr Shapps was unwilliing to criticise the policitian while talking to Kay Burley.
