A second survivor, Jay-nel Rosals, a Filipino deckhand, was rescued by Japan’s coastguard, after a ship carrying thousands of cattle from New Zealand sunk during stormy weather. Another crew member, Chief Officer Edvardo Sareno, was rescued late Wednesday.
