Film show: The latest blow to the struggling film industry in the Covid-19 era

Film critic Lisa Nesselson talks to Eve Jackson about the week’s film news, including the announcement that the world’s second-largest cinema chain Cineworld will close nearly 700 locations in the UK and the US, putting thousands of jobs at risk. They also discuss the French documentary about police brutality that’s spurring debate, “Un Pays qui se tient sage” from David Dufresne, plus the Portuguese film “Moral Order” starring Maria de Medeiros as real-life heiress Maria Adelaide Coelho.
