Germany considers ‘social lockdown’ as red line passed

Germany is set to enact stricter measures to contain the exponential coronavirus second wave. FRANCE 24 correspondent Nick Spicer says these might include a ‘social lockdown’, closing bars, restaurants and shops while allowing children to continue attending school. The country recently passed a red line set by health authorities of 11,000 new daily infections.
