Germany has announced a month-long lockdown, with bars, pubs and cinemas closing their doors to the public. Restaurants will be limited to take-home and delivery, and people will only be able to socialise outside in groups of less than 10. The number of new infections is rising rapidly, with 15,000 in the previous 24 hours.
