Palestinian political leaders from all factions are mourning the death of Saeb Erekat. The veteran peace negotiator and prominent international spokesman for the Palestinians for more than three decades, died on Tuesday, weeks after being infected by the coronavirus. Nour Odeh, former spokeswoman for the Palestinian Authority, says while Erekat’s death marks the end of an era, the Palestinian people’s struggle for freedom will continue.
