Nobel Peace Prize-winning Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed has launched a military offensive in the region, accusing the Tigray ruling party of trying to destabilise the democracy he wanted to build. Already, the #fighting has forced more than 20,000 people to flee their homes for neighbouring Sudan.
