In Ethiopia, while the government has declared fighting in the northern Tigray region over, the Tigray People’s Liberation Front has declared it is still at war. Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed says the success came without any civilian deaths, a claim denied by regional authorities. Nearly one million people are believed to have been displaced by weeks of fighting.
