Demonstrators rallied in Albanian capital Tirana for the second day in a row, to protest the fatal shooting of Klodian Rasha by a police officer. Hundreds of protesters defying a government ban on large public gatherings were burning garbage bins and throwing rocks and firecrackers at police forces outside government buildings. Klodian Rasha, 25, was reportedly shot dead by police after violating an overnight curfew.
