Housing Secretary Robert Jenrick tells Sky News some parts of the country could go into a Tier 4 lockdown from Boxing Day if the COVID-19 figures require it. Millions in London and much of the South East are in Tier 4, which means they cannot leave their local area and must not meet other households indoors. But rising virus figures across the country mean that other regions are also at risk of having their Christmas and New Year disrupted.
