Queues and prices rises: Grappling with Cuba’s currency changeover

Long queues to withdraw cash and rising prices are just two of the effects Cubans have seen since an overhaul of their currency came into effect on January 1st. The change saw the island’s two forms of money united, in a move designed to help improve the economic situation in the country.
