Objectivity wasn’t strong in the US mainstream media during its coverage of the inauguration of President Joe Biden. Relief at seeing the back of Donald Trump (the man who the likes of CNN clearly didn’t notice actually boosted their ratings) led to some seriously cringe coverage.
