First Greece-Turkey talks since 2016 could be test after rows over gas, France’s terror attacks

Greece and Turkey are set to have their first direct talks in five years. The two countries are trying to make headway after their standoff on gas exploitation on the Mediterranean and maritime borders during 2020. The announcement came after NATO and the EU put major pressure, particularly on Turkey, who decided to stop its search for gas in disputed waters. But whether this is a real sign of softening between the parties remains to be seen, as FRANCE 24’s Dave Keating reports from Brussels.
