Jason O’Connor, the father of Luke O’Connor, says the 15-year jail term given to Shiloh Pottinger for the manslaughter of his son “does not reflect the magnitude of the crime”. In a statement read outside court, he called for stricter sentences for knife crimes and more control on the access to knives.
