Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has said there will be a “strong” response after Russian forces launched missiles at the western city of Lviv, killing at least four people. “Lviv. Consequences of the night attack by Russian terrorists. Unfortunately, there are wounded and dead. My condolences to the relatives! There will definitely be a response to the enemy. A strong one,” Zelenskyy wrote on Twitter. He also posted drone footage showing aerial views of wrecked buildings.
