Belarusian president says Wagner chief is in Russia

The death toll from Thursday’s Russian missile strike on a residential building in Lviv in western Ukraine has risen to at least ten. Meanwhile, Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko says Yevgeny Prigozhin, the head of the Wagner Group, is in Russia. It had been thought the mercenary leader had gone to Belarus after launching a failed mutiny against Vladimir Putin’s government two weeks ago.
