A former paratrooper has completed a six-year walk along the UK coastline after a spell of depression prompted him to “make a change”, on which he met the “love of his life”, Kate, with who he now shares a son, Magnus. Chris Lewis raised £500,00 for charity on his 19,000-mile trek which came to an end at Llangennith beach in Swansea on 1 August 2017.
