A lack of access to ADHD treatment is forcing more people to self-medicate, often with cannabis, a charity has said. The condition, which affects behaviour, concentration and attention-span, has been diagnosed in more than two-and-a-half million people in the UK. But only about eight per cent are receiving a prescription for treatment.
