Russian forces struck a blood transfusion centre in Kupiansk, in the Kharkiv region of northeast Ukraine, the country’s President Volodymyr Zelensky said Saturday evening, adding that “dead and wounded are reported”. FRANCE 24’s Emmanuelle Chaze explains that this action “constitutes a war crime” as the guided bomb used by the Russians attacked a non military target.
