Dozens of people have died and many others are trapped after monsoon rain triggered floods and landslides in India’s Himalayan region. Authorities say the number of those killed could still rise as rescuers work to reach those trapped. Sky’s India reporter Neville Lazarus reports of local residents having to dig with bare hands to reach people believed to be under the rubble.
