Our culture team has recorded a four part series in New York and Paris to trace its journey from the streets of 1970s the Bronx to becoming the most popular and lucrative music genre in the world. From meeting the godfather of Hip Hop Grandmaster Flash in his Bronx studio, to rising star Kenzo B and fashion legend Dapper Dan, Jennifer Ben Brahim, the producer, tells us more.
