Labour leader Sir Keir Starmer kicked off PMQs by asking the Prime Minister why Wandsworth escapee Daniel Khalife was not held in a category A prison – the most secure type. Rishi Sunak said he couldn’t comment as a legal process was under way, but Mr Starmer came back at him, accusing the government of “presiding over mayhem in the criminal justice system”.
