Canada and India are locked in a growing diplomatic spat over the killing of a Sikh activist. The two countries have expelled each other’s diplomats, after Canada’s Prime Minister Justin Trudeau accused Indian goverment agents of involvement in the death of Hardeep Singh Nijjar.
