The Rafah border crossing in Gaza has opened to allow some critically injured people to be evacuated to Egypt. Some foreign passport holders are also being allowed to leave through the crossing. The move comes after Qatar brokered a deal between Hamas, Israel and Egypt, which controls the crossing. Egypt is said to be deploying ambulances to the site to take around 80 wounded people to regional hospitals.
