The first batch of hostages including 13 Israelis has arrived in Egypt according to eyewitness accounts from Israeli soldiers, FRANCE 24’s correspondent Claire Paccalin said, reporting from Tel Aviv. Meanwhile Palestinians in Gaza breathed a sigh of relief after the temporary ceasefire between Israel and Hamas began Friday, Paccalin said, adding that Gazans remain cautiously optimistic.
