Emergency Rwanda bill will make sure policy ‘can’t be unpicked’ by courts, says minister

Sky’s Kay Burley asks policing minister Chris Philp about the newly signed treaty between the UK and Rwanda. This aims to secure the future of the government’s migration scheme to deport some asylum seekers to East Africa. He added that an upcoming bill will make the policy “legally watertight” and make sure it can’t be “unpicked by the courts”.
