Police respond to ‘serious incident’ near Tel Aviv

Israeli police are responding to what has been described as a “serious incident” near Tel Aviv. Over a dozen people are injured in Ra’anana after a suspected car-ramming and stabbing attack, local media reports. The incident has not been declared as terror-related but is being investigated, according to Israeli police.
