An animated documentary telling the stories of passionate knitters has been nominated for a BAFTA. Filmmaker Samantha Moore’s stop motion film, Visible Mending, is about the therapeutic power of knitting, and shows how the hobby can help people suffering with anxiety, injury and terminal illness.
