Sir Keir immediately stood and questioned the prime minister’s decision to raise it, given that Brianna Ghey’s mother was visiting the House of Commons. Brianna, 16, who was transgender, was murdered by two teenagers in Linear Park in Culcheth, near Warrington, in February 2023.
