Jewish father’s anger after baby’s birth certificate ‘defaced’ to remove reference to Israel

The father of a baby whose birth certificate was allegedly defaced to remove a reference to Israel has said his daughter did nothing wrong and being Jewish in the UK is “very hard”. Israel, the father of five-month-old Ronnie – whose birth certificate was allegedly altered – said he plans to report the incident to the police and thinks the person responsible should be sacked. Speaking to Sky News, the father-of-three added: “I don’t think my five-month-old baby did anything wrong to anybody… I felt horrendous when I saw it for the first time.”
