French President Emmanuel Macron is hosting European leaders Monday for a conference aimed at strengthening Western support for Ukraine, two years into the Russian invasion. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky is set to open the summit with a video address, in which he is likely to make the case for an urgent ramping up of military aid.
