Why many Hungarian Americans support Trump, Orban | DW News

Former US President Donald Trump and Hungary’s Prime Minister Viktor Orban seem to be two of a kind. Orban didn’t hide the fact that he shares many of Trump’s views on the situation of the world. Orban has been a controversial figure in his 14 years in office – cracking down, among other things, on the rule of law in Hungary. As Donald Trump runs for office again, there are fears he might be looking to take a leaf out of Orban’s playbook.
