Analysis: Putin’s nuclear rhetoric is tired and shouldn’t be taken seriously | Ukraine-Russia war

Vladimir Putin often likes to raise “the nuclear spectre” and his most recent comments that Russia is ready to use nuclear weapons should not be taken seriously, says our defence and security analyst Michael Clarke.
