The World Food Programme says it has delivered enough food for 25,000 people into northern Gaza. It was dispatched in a convoy of six UN aid trucks that were allowed to enter the territory via a new road crossing, which is part of a pilot scheme put forward by Israeli forces. The UN agency says it’s the first time they’ve managed to deliver aid into the north of the strip in over three weeks.
