Russians are voting in a presidential election that’s all but sure to hand Vladimir Putin another six-year term. The election is set to last until Sunday evening. The Kremlin says 112 million people are eligible to vote, including residents of the occupied Ukrainian territories. President Putin is poised to secure his fifth term in what’s expected to be a landslide victory after he stifled dissent.
