Sainsbury’s has said it will be unable to fulfil the “vast majority” of online deliveries today after suffering “technical issues” at some stores. The supermarket chain said the issues were due to “an error with an overnight software update” and had affected contactless payments. It added that it was “working hard to fix the issue” and apologised to customers affected.
