Millions of Rwandan genocide survivors are still seeking justice 30 years later in a long, legal battle against perpetrators who fled abroad following the 100-day massacre in 1994 from overseas courts. To date, only 7 people have been convicted in a Paris court that says it is now working on 40 cases.
