President Vladimir Putin says Russia had to attack energy sites in Ukraine in response to Kiev’s attacks.
On Wednesday night, Russia fired dozens of missiles and drones into Ukraine, damaging five power substations, and leaving more than 200-thousand people without electricity. James Lewer reports.
