US envoy to UN to visit South Korea, Japan over N Korea threat

The US is sending its United Nations envoy to South Korea and Japan. Linda Thomas-Greenfield’s trip follows Russia’s veto of the renewal of the UN panel that monitored sanction violations by North Korea. Our UN Correspondent Frank Ucciardo has more.
