Ursula von der Leyen was briefly interrupted by a pro-Palestinian protester when she was about to give a speech in Brussels.
The protester said von der Leyen was under a "citizen’s arrest" for aiding a "genocide" in Gaza and said she had blood on her hands for expressing support for Israel.
